4 Deposits & Payment Methods
pph44 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, InstaPay, PESONet, Visa, and Mastercard. All payment methods must be registered in your own name — pph44 does not accept payments from third-party accounts or anonymous payment sources.
The minimum deposit amount at pph44 is ₱500 unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion. Deposits are generally credited to your pph44 wallet instantly for e-wallet transactions (GCash, Maya, GrabPay) and within one business day for bank transfers processed via InstaPay or PESONet.
- All deposits are subject to verification at pph44's discretion.
- pph44 does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

5 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests at pph44 are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement. If your original deposit method cannot accept a return transfer, pph44 will work with you to identify an acceptable alternative after identity verification is completed.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Most GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within one to four hours of the request being submitted. 6 Bonuses & Promotions

General rules that apply to all pph44 bonuses unless specifically stated otherwise:
- Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
- The standard wagering requirement for pph44 welcome bonuses is 20x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.

7 Betting Rules
All bets placed on pph44 sports and event markets are subject to the following general rules:
- Bets are confirmed only when a unique bet reference number is issued by pph44. A bet not confirmed in this way is not valid.
- pph44 reserves the right to void bets placed after an event has started, if the result was already known at the time of placement, or if the bet was placed due to a technical error that produced incorrect odds.
- Where a result cannot be determined — for example, due to an event being cancelled, postponed indefinitely, or ruled a no-contest — bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
- Live or in-play bets are final once accepted by pph44. Any glitch in live data feeds will be investigated, and pph44 may void affected bets at its discretion.
- pph44 reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits per event, per market, or per player at any time.
- Winnings from sports bets are credited to your pph44 wallet automatically once the result is confirmed by the relevant governing body.
8 Casino & Card Games
All casino games and card games available on pph44 — including Tongits, Poker, roulette, baccarat, and other live dealer or virtual table games — use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or verifiable live dealing procedures. The integrity of all games is independently tested.
In the event of a disconnection during a live game or a technical fault that prevents normal game completion, pph44 will follow the specific game's technical fault procedure to resolve the round. This may result in the round being voided and stakes returned, or the result being determined by the game's last confirmed state before the fault occurred.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pph44. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances:

- Using software, bots, scripts, AI tools, or any automated system to place bets, play games, or interact with the pph44 platform in a way that is not natural human gameplay.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, pph44 will contact the account holder at the registered mobile number or email address. The account holder will be given a reasonable opportunity to respond before any final decision is made, except where the nature of the suspected violation requires immediate action to protect the integrity of the platform or other players.
You may close your pph44 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any legitimate balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method after identity verification, provided no Terms violation is involved.
13 Limitation of Liability
pph44 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do our best to ensure uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, or free from technical issues. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
